Application link improvements

The following application link improvements have been made:

• The shortcut menu that is shown in the BlueCielo browser in Autodesk Inventor when Application Integration is in Remote mode now supports all of the same commands as in PowerUser except for the Create New Version and Derive commands.
• The Application Integration dialog boxes now display an icon at the right end of the toolbar that indicates the current mode: Online, Remote, or Offline. In Offline mode, the dialog box title text also reads Open from local cache of <Vault> on <LocalComputerName>.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D 2014 and 2015 are supported.
